I'm going to start my first rank and rent site

I’ve been thinking about this far too long and i’m going to start forcing myself to get started.

The plan is to start with research. Find the right location, niche, and even keyword. Once I settle for that, I’ll then look up the perfect EMD and start building the website using wordpress.

Then I’ll throw in whatever I know about SEO and use AI to help me.

Finally, with a little bit of luck, I’ll start ranking at around month 6 or so and finally get leads. The hard part is going to be trying to persuade local businesses to rent out my site.
